| Growing Info: March-July, sow directly where they are to crop. Sow finely 1cm deep in rows 30cm apart. Soil should be fertile, light and free of weeds and stones. Water soil before sowing seed. When seedlings appear, gradually thin out to 5cm apart. Harvest June-Oct. Can also be grown in pots. |

| Aftercare: Keep well-watered until established. Early seedlings may need protection with a cloche in March. To discourage attack from carrot fly, keep sowings covered with fine netting and keep area clear of thinned seedlings. Earth-up as roots grow to prevent green crowns forming. |
