Sheep's Sorrel is a fast-growing small member of the Dock family and grows well among grasses. The foliage is edible with a lemon-like taste. Flower spikes with bright crimson flowers throughout Summer. The plants is valuable food for butterfly caterpillars.

Growing Info:
Sow outside in Feb-Apr ideally in semi-shade while getting established, space rows 25cm apart. Thin the seedlings to 25cm apart once germinated and water regularly. It's a vigorous plant which will spread.

Requires little attention once established, cut back flower spikes to avoid self-seeding.
