Parsley is rich in vitamins and can be used raw as well as cooked in many recipes. This variety has large curled leaves on long stalks, which keep well in the fridge or freezer. It can grow inside on a sunny windowsill during winter, as well as outside for the rest of the year. Grows well in pots.

Growing Info:
Sow under cover all year round in modular trays or pots as plant does not like root disturbance. Will germinate at temperatures of 18-21°C. Alternatively sow outside where it is to grow from March-July in 5-10mm-deep, pre-watered drills. Thin seedlings to 25cm apart. Germination can take a while so clearly mark the row.
Aftercare:
Keep Parsley well-watered, especially during hot, dry weather, to prevent bolting.
