Growing Info:
Sow thinly in a well prepared seedbed Feb-Apr or Jul-Oct. Sowing 5mm deep in drills. Thin to 10cm apart for cut-and-come-agin or 25cm apart for full-grown Mustard. Alternatively sow thinly in pots or trays on the windowsill all year round for a regular supply of baby mustard leaves for salads/microgreens.
Aftercare:
Sow every 3-4 weeks for a continuous supply of microgreens or every 6-8 weeks for young salad leaves.
