Common Name: | Flat Sea Holly |
Plant Type: | Perennial |
Position: | Full Sun |
Height: | 60cm |
Spread: | 45cm |
Growing Info: Grow inside from Feb-Jul. Cold is required for germination, so place the seeds in the fridge for two weeks before sowing. Alternatively sow outside from Sep-Dec, let nature do the work for you. Germination should then occur the following spring. When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings into their own pots as they appear. |
|
Aftercare: Cut back spent flower stems the following Spring, so you can enjoy the seedheads for winter interest. Protect from winter wet by planting in the rain show of a tree or shrub. |
