| Growing Info: Jan-April or Sep-Oct, surface sow in seed compost under glass. Lightly cover with thin layer of compost and keep at 15-18°C. Germination can take 1-2 months. Acclimatise young plants before planting out when risk of frost has passed. Sow in-situ April-May, in drills 6mm deep, in prepared soil, raked to a fine tilth. Thin out seedlings to 15cm apart. Overwinter autumn-sown seeds for flowers the following year. |
