| Growing Info: Sow indoors Jan-March, or sow directly Apr-May. Under cover, surface sow onto moist, seed compost. Cover seed with a light sprinkling of soil, as light is needed for germination. Keep at 18-21°C. When seedlings are large enough, transplant to pots and grow on. Plant out when risk of frost has passed. If sowing in-situ, sow seeds 6mm deep in drills of fine soil and thin out weaker seedlings. |
