Growing Info:
Sow Angelica seeds inside Feb-May after cold stratifying in the fridge for 4-6 weeks prior. Alternative sow Sep-Nov outside where they will stratify naturally during Winter. Cover seeds lightly as they need light to germinate. Transplant early as they do not like root disturbance.
Aftercare:
Grow in moist but well draining soil, they are a good companion plant for cabbages. The entire plant is edible.
