Biennial herb with dark-green leaves and strong flavour. Perfect for adding to salads, sauces, used as a garnish or serving with fish. The herb is easy-to-grow, requires little maintenance and will grow indoors and outdoors, making it useful throughout the year. The leaves can also be frozen for later use.

Growing Info:
Sow under cover all year round, 2mm deep in modular trays or pots. Will germinate at temperatures of 18-21°C. Alternatively sow outside where it is to grow from March-July in 5-10mm-deep, pre-watered drills. Thin seedlings to 20-25cm apart.
Aftercare:
This can be grown as a cut and come again crop. Pick leaves from the outside of the plant. As a biennial, it will need replacing after its second season.
